FlexXray:
The Preferred Provider of
X-Ray Inspection Services
For more than two decades, FlexXray has served North America’s leading food and beverage manufacturers with physical foreign material contamination x-ray inspection services. If you’re looking for X-ray inspection services, no other provider offers FlexXray’s capacity, speed, or technology.
We operate five FDA-inspected facilities across the United States. Geographically, we’ve positioned our inspection centers within one day’s freight distance of more than 90% of the United States, which reduces our customers’ transportation costs. These facilities each operate multiple inspection lines that can inspect multiple truckloads of product each day, which means faster turnaround times for our customers. Our technology is always evolving, but our current technology allows us to detect contaminants of all material types to at least 0.8mm.
We also offer a variety of Flexible Solutions for our customers, including can & jar dud detection, repackaging, rebundling, relabeling, product storage and x-ray system rental. We’d love to talk to you about doing a sample inspection. Contact us today.
