How does FlexXray’s technology set them apart?
“The technology that we use in-house here at FlexXray is medical-grade imaging technology. It allows us to see smaller sizes in a vast array of food product configurations that would not normally be detected within in-line instruments.”
How does FlexXray’s technology differ from what we’re using in our facility?
“In-line technology is set more for production speeds and standards. It’s an algorithm-based technology, and those changes need to be made based on the sizes of the foreign material that a customer needs to see and the packaging configurations that they’re running. The technology that we use here at FlexXray is medical-grade technology. It allows my team to use their expertise to find sizes and types of foreign material that go otherwise undetected in a manufacturing setting.”
How is FlexXray updating their technology and how does it help my company?
“We at FlexXray could not be more excited to offer our next generation of technology to our customers. As you can see over my shoulder, this machine and this cabinet technology is going to allow us not only to see the larger packaging configurations, to improve our turnaround time and service to our customers, this technology also will improve our opportunities to see small sizes of plastics and other foreign materials that have otherwise gone undetected, even with our own existing technology, further improving food safety for us and our customers.”
