Hello, I’m Kyle Luther, VP of operations here at FlexXray, and I’m here with another entry in our Lost and Found series. The piece of aluminum that we just saw was located in-line during a filter check. The type of foreign material found on this calibration tag is very thin and is not detectable by in-line instruments. Aluminum is very difficult to see via X-ray and in-line metal detection opportunities, but we were able, with our technology here at FlexXray, to find sizes down to 1 mm to help this customer recover and get product back into the marketplace.
