FlexXray®, a world-class inspection and recovery service for food companies, is pleased to announce it hired Joe Heredia as Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA) Supervisor. With this latest investment, FlexXray continues its efforts to deliver exceptional service to its food company customers.
Joe Heredia brings over 15 years of experience in food safety and inspection to FlexXray, including implementation of SQF Level III. Over his career, he has served as a director of quality, quality assurance manager, quality assurance supervisor, safety coordinator, chief inspector, calibration manager, and quality leader. Over the past 15 years, Joe has also completed numerous additional trainings in lean, 6s, food safety and SQF practitioner training. Joe speaks English and Spanish fluently.
Heredia will head up quality assurance and production control for FlexXray. In this capacity he will be evaluating and enhancing standard operating procedures (SOPs), compliance activities, and quality assurance activities. Joe will work closely with the FlexXray team to review, track, and extend procedures to make sure customer, company and regulatory procedures are met.

Joe Heredia will join as FSQA Supervisor in June.
