A cosmetics producer, referred to by FlexXray as “Producer X,” finished a small production run of lotion. They were concerned with a new pump in the product packaging.
Producer X was sending this particular production run to a new customer, and that customer was unwilling to accept the product unless it was proven to be clean of foreign material contamination. To ensure their product was safe and that the customer would accept it, Producer X needed to send it to FlexXray for inspection.
FlexXray quickly took the product off their hands for inspection. We did not detect any foreign material contaminants that would make the product unacceptable to Producer X’s new customer. Their product made it on time and safely to market. They were satisfied with our pricing and timing, noting that they plan to use FlexXray in the future.
