OPT-IN / OPT-OUT POLICY
This section explains how you can provide, manage, and withdraw your consent for marketing communications from FlexXray.
HOW YOU CAN OPT IN
You can opt in to receive marketing communications from us in the following ways:
- By selecting the marketing consent checkbox(es) on our website forms (for example, “Contact Us” or “Request a Demo” forms)
- By updating your preferences on our Marketing Preferences page
- By providing your consent through another clear affirmative action where we explicitly ask for it (for example, during an event registration)
Where applicable, we provide separate marketing opt-ins by communication channel (email, phone, and/or SMS) so you can choose how you want to hear from us. Marketing opt-in is always optional and is not required to submit a form or receive the information you requested.
We keep a record of your marketing preferences, including when and how you opted in and the channel(s) you selected.
HOW YOU CAN OPT OUT OR WITHDRAW CONSENT
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. Where we rely on your consent for marketing, you may also withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of marketing communications sent before your consent was withdrawn.
You can opt out in the following ways:
- By clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email you receive from us
- By updating your preferences on our Marketing Preferences page
- By replying “STOP” (or the equivalent instruction shown in the message) to any marketing SMS you receive from us
- By contacting us using the details on the “Contact Us” page, or by phone at (817) 453-3539 or email at marketing@flexxray.com, and requesting to be removed from marketing communications
OPERATIONAL MESSAGES
If you opt out of marketing, we may still contact you with non-marketing (operational) messages that are necessary to provide our services or respond to your request. These may include transactional, administrative, service, or security communications. Operational messages are not sent for promotional purposes.
PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process opt-out requests promptly. Please allow a reasonable period for your request to take effect across all systems. If you continue to receive marketing communications after opting out, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION (CALIFORNIA)
FlexXray does not sell your personal information for money. If we disclose personal information to third parties in a manner that is considered “selling” or “sharing” under California law, California residents may opt out at any time by either clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email you receive from us or contacting us through the details on our “Contact Us” page, by phone at (817) 453-3539, or by email at marketing@flexxray.com, and requesting to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Where required, we also recognize user-enabled opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
