Staff Spotlight: Leo Rabago

Leo Rabago is a shift supervisor for our Texas facility. As the third shift supervisor, Leo supervises staff and monitors work processes to ensure alignment with FlexXray’s goals and vision. He takes charge of educating, coaching, counseling and directing his crew to perform to the best of their abilities and complete each job knowing they did everything possible for the customer. His favorite thing about working at FlexXray is the element of surprise in each day and how no situation is the same. Outside of the office, Leo enjoys playing video games with his kids, eating Tex-Mex or good Texas BBQ and listening to anything rock, rap and reggae.
